Would lining JL's H.O.12w7enclosure with Polyfill make it sound any louder/crisper or more bass/Spl?

Have to open up the box anyway to silicone a small leak and was just wondering if I wuld gain anything or if it would sound any better if stuffed it or lined it with some leftover polyfill I had from another build I did. Tjanx.
