Does a Golden key membership mean anything?

I'm currently in college and I'm actually part of my school's honors program with a 3.92 gpa(not honor society or honor club or whatever.. legit honors program with different classes and all that) and I'm just wondering if this is enough or should I join that "Golden Key" thing. I got an email inviting me to join but it's $80. Is it even worth it to join it? will it look better for grad school? does it help at all with scholarships? is it really legit?.. thanks
