Why are women always sugar coating?

I've always called a killer a killer. I rarely am really blunt, and I think that's because I was raised to be polite. There are some men who sugar coat, so don't give me that. Men in professions where sensitivity is needed tend to "sugar coat" and not just say whatever comes into their head.
