This is kinda embarrising. but i really need help.?

okay so.. how can i stop swetting between my butt cheeks? wen its really hot i sweat and it goes through my ender wearr and sometimes through my shorts or pants.. and it leaves sweat on my chair after i get up? its really embarrising and i need help on what to do, im so sick of it.
