High School All Honors Homework Hours?

Ok I'm going to be a freshman next year and I'm wondering how much homework I'll be getting if I'm taking honors for the 4 core subjects (English, geometry, history, biology) plus Spanish II. I'm also considering doing track for 2nd semester, where daily practices end at around 4:30-5:15. So I want to know how many hours of homework to expect and see if I should maybe adjust my schedule.
