Great moisturizer and lotion with no mineral oil, silicon, or petroleum?

Ok so im a black man who really never took care of himself until resonantly. Ive read that good moisturizers and lotions dont have mineral oil, silicon, or petroleum but after going to Safeway I couldn't find anything without those products. So I was wondering if you know anything? Thanks. Also do you know a good exfoliating body wash.
