Can I get into the Florida State University Honors College?

I live in Florida and plan to apply to Florida State. I am hoping I will be accepted into the honors program there. I have a 4.08 "FSU GPA", a 1990 composite SAT, and a 29 ACT (with a perfect 36 on the english section). I am in the National Honor Society, English Honor Society, Beta Club, Co-Founder of the Law Society, a varsity football player, and have 5 AP classes under my belt. I am also taking 5 more AP classes this upcoming year. If someone could let me know if this is a solid r�sum� or offer any ways that I could improve my application it would be much appreciated.
